Psychosocial Services in Forensic Psychology

While incorporating Criminal, Industrial, Organization, and Clinical Psychology; Sukoon offers several useful psychosocial services to law enforcement bodies. These services can bring remarkable impact on peacekeeping processes.

Selection of Police / Law Enforcement Personnel:

Selection of the best law enforcement personnel includes job analysis (determining the tasks performed by officers), identifying knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics important to carry out these tasks, measure the extent to which applicants possess those characteristics with the help of certain tests that include structured behavioral interviews, cognitive ability tests, personality tests, physical agility tests, education and experience requirements, assessment centers, bio-data, and background investigations.

Performance Evaluation:

After hiring officers, their performance needs to be evaluated to give them their deserving status. Several psychological tests and job-related performance appraisal instruments are developed and administered. Moreover,  the routine behavior of officers is also noticed and supervisors are trained as focal persons to rate and provide feedback to their subordinates.

Training:
