The intensity on which we sense and perceive these states depends on the validity and reliability of our sensational and perceptual processes which we need to modify accordingly. It is also impossible to sense or perceive a state until the opposite state is not sensed and perceived. Most of us rely on our five outer senses to gather information of our outer world; however, this information can never be accurate until we re-sense it through our internal senses and gain a true perception. Moreover, we never try to receive information from within ourselves. SUKOON i.e. Sensory & Ultimate Knowledge On Observing Nature is an approach for proper psychosocial wellbeing. Its Healing Sessions are designed to enable the participants to identify, realize and recognize their "selves".
