Reducing joblessness and struggling against unemployment are among the objectives of Sukoon. As unemployment causes severe psychological stress, Sukoon forms its employment policies in such a unique way in which everybody could be accommodated easily and immediately. Therefore, we don’t believe in short-listing and discriminating applicants; everybody is selected somehow and is provided with an opportunity to grow further.
Thus, if you are jobless; please don’t be stressed. We will surely create opportunities for you if you are skilled enough; Otherwise your skills would be enhanced accordingly. |

The organizational structure of Sukoon consists of four major categories i.e.:
The Directors: This category refers to the members of the Board of Directors of Sukoon who perform different tasks e.g. doing advocacy for the mission of Sukoon, providing technical advice, participating in fund raising activities and monitoring the activities of Sukoon. These members, including the Executive Director, work for Sukoon on complete voluntary basis and never take financial incentives; rather they provide strong financial support to Sukoon.
The Executive Council: The Council comprises of those members of Sukoon Club who wish to work for Sukoon practically. These members are assessed for their potentials and titled accordingly. They also don’t take salaries; however, they are provided with financial incentives according to the level of work they do for Sukoon in order to support them and their dependents.
The Volunteers: Sukoon always welcomes and appriciates those who wish to voluntarily work for Sukoon in any of her programs.
The Interns: Those members of Sukoon Club who want to be practically involved in Sukoon’s activities; hence are less experienced; are provided with Internship opportunities to enhance their capacities. They are given a stipend.
The Staff: Staff is hired against funded projects and includes technical and relevant individuals. Since staff of Sukoon should ideally be the members of Sukoon Club; preference is given to Interns and members of Sukoon Club. Staffs take salaries according to the projects they work in.
